Often called Yunjeung Old House, this Hanok was built by scholar Yunjeung (1629-1714) in the latter part of the Joseon Dynasty period and is located in Gyochon-ri, Noseung-myeon, Nonsan City. It is representative of Korea in many ways that it deserves to be called the textbook example of Hanok. The inside and the men’s part of the house in the extensive lot are not as magnificent as the houses of the rich or government officials today, but it gives you the pleasant feeling of what Hanok has to offer whenever you look around it. The newly built attached house is even equipped with a kitchen that allows cooking. You can experience the traditional Korean handicrafts. Gongju Hanok Village : a large family can enjoy

It is the Hanok accommodations built by Gongju City in 2010. You have every reason to visit this Village every winter, since you can experience the warm spot of the ondol floor heated by burning oak according to the traditional Korean way of heating. Buyeo Min Chil Shik House transformed into Baekje Hall

It is a house during the Joseon Dynasty Period, built in an extensive yard with a low hill in the background around the latter part of the 19th century. The house was reborn as Baekje Hall, accommodation facilities for firsthand experience through the process of purchasing the premises from Buyeo-gun in 2001 for maintenance and repairs. The harmony of the Hanok more than 130 years old and the old trees around the house makes for superb scenery. (Closed every Monday and Tuesday)

Cheongyang Wasongjeongsa -- the representative Hanok in Naepo province

Wasongjeongsa (located in Whaam-ri, Whaseong-myeon, Cheongyang) is the beautiful traditional house designated by the Korea Tourism Organization. This old house has a typical house structure of Naepo Province, which is unique, with a private home together with special space in the men’s part of the house for teaching pupils.
