In conjunction with Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism and Buyeo-gun, Chungcheongnam Province held the second T.20 Tourism Ministers' Meeting at Lotte Resort in Buyeo from October 11 to 13, 2010 with participants from G20 tourism ministers, delegations, and international organizations.

The second meeting discussed several agendas including “strengthening the ground for the economic and industrial analysis of tourism,” “leadership to present tourism as an international agenda,” and “tourism as a contributor to solid, sustainable, and balanced growth” and made the “T. 20 Buyeo Communique” to encourage common practice measures and efforts.The Declaration covers four policy goals, namely sharing economic prosperity through tourism, moving toward a green economy through tourism, promoting social and cultural diversity, and supporting developing countries through tourism.
